GBPUSD Analysis August 30, 2020

On the monthly and weekly timeframe we are testing a resistance level that is also the previous LH. Until we really break and confirm this level the overall bias is bearish . On the daily timeframe we have been in a steady uptrend and ended last week pushing way higher. On the H4 timeframe is where I see structure the clearest and can map out my potential opportunities. I’m looking for a pullback into the monthly key level before targeting higher!

On the weekly timeframe we are falling into a support/ demand zone . Overall we are bullish but price has been descending for quite some time deep into this retracement. Until we see a break on the 4hr at least we will continue to take selling opportunities. There is a nice confluence areas at the 61.8% fib level for price to pullback to and reject. We will look for selling opportunities along this area.

EURUSD: On the weekly timeframe we are at a high in the market. Last week closed bullish and engulfed the previous candle. On the daily timeframe we are maintaining our moving averages and heading higher. We just need to bump down timeframes to take a look at structure. We can either see a slight pullback to the support level and go long or a break of structure and look to head lower. Here I am maintaining my bias as bullish and will be looking for bullish opportunities.
