WHAT IS A TRENDING MARKET?

HELLO TRADERS,

What is the trending market?

Very simple, the trending market is one boundary which above it we have uptrend and below this boundary is downtrend.

“UPTREND” zone, we wait for the signal to go long.

“DOWNTREND” zone, we wait for the signal to go short.

Tow types of the trending boundary

1. The flexible boundary: is calculated based on the price movement such as the simple moving average , the moving average exponential , etc…
2. The fixed boundary: is defined at the specified price such as High, Low, Open, Close of the previous candlestick , etc…
